    Domains, mailboxes and authentication

    Set up sending domains and mailboxes, configure DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and connect the accounts to your sending tools. You own the domains and accounts.

    Warm-up and deliverability

    Configure mailbox warm-up and a gradual sending schedule, set sending limits and monitor bounces and delivery errors. Investigate authentication, reputation or spam-placement issues and adjust the setup where needed.

    Sending tools, workflows and CRM connections

    Connect mailboxes, sending platforms and your CRM. Set up contact imports, sequences in your sending tool, stop-on-reply rules and reply routing. I can also build custom integrations, dashboards or an application around your workflow.

    Lead lists and scraping — optional

    Supply scraped company or contact lists based on agreed criteria, or build a repeatable collection and import process. Clean the data and remove duplicates. Lists and ongoing data refreshes are scoped and priced separately from the infrastructure setup.

I built Outreachd in Laravel, with SMTP/IMAP mailbox connections, message history, background jobs and AI-assisted drafts that the user reviews individually.
