Built an outreach workbench around research, individual messages and follow-up.

Why I built it

I find opportunities through requests, posts, directories and conversations. I needed a way to keep the reason for contacting someone together with the research, the message and what happened afterwards.

Outreachd grew from a personal marketing logbook and simple CRM into a workbench for that process. It is my own product, built around the work I do to find clients.

How it works

An opportunity can start with a saved request or with a company on a deliberately researched list. I can check the company and contact history, prepare a message, review it and send an email or record a conversation from another channel.

AI can help with extracting information and drafting. Each message is reviewed individually. Replies and follow-up stay with the contact, so the next interaction starts with the existing context.

The development work

I built the application with Laravel, Livewire and MySQL. The technical work includes mailbox connections, message history, background jobs, research capture and AI-assisted drafting. Sending and recording a message need to remain consistent even when a connection or background job fails.
