Fixed price or day rate

We can set this up however you prefer to work: a fixed amount, agreed up front, or flexible on a day rate. What fits best also depends on the kind of project and the type of work.

• Smaller scoped jobs (an integration, an export, one working flow): fixed price, from €750.
• Larger projects: scope first, then a fixed price.
• Ongoing work, or no fixed scope yet: day rate.

Not yet clear what exactly needs to be built? Then we start with a plan: data model, workflows, who approves what, and what the first version needs to do. Fixed amount, and after that you know what the full project costs.

Custom, n8n, Make or Airtable

I build custom by default, usually in Laravel. If you'd rather have it in n8n, Make or Airtable, for example because you want to work in it yourself or don't want to depend on one developer, I build it there. Either way with error handling, monitoring and documentation, so it keeps running and can be handed over.

How I work

• Fully remote, written and async. We talk when needed, no standing calls.
• Reply within one working day.
• I think along on the technical side. It doesn't need to be fully worked out yet.
• Everything in your name and well documented, so you can carry on without me.
