After launch

The integration needs to keep working.

APIs change, suppliers send unexpected data and outside services become temporarily unavailable. Those cases need to be handled as part of the system, not discovered weeks later.

  • Validate incoming data before it reaches the core system.
  • Queue work and retry temporary failures safely.
  • Keep errors and exceptions visible to the people who can act on them.
  • Monitor important flows and alert when something stops moving.

Experience

I have kept integrations running inside real businesses.

That includes a four-year supplier-feed system, six-plus lead sources and multiple CRM integrations inside a five-year Laravel platform, and multi-vendor monitoring data brought into one dashboard.
