Available for defined projects and ongoing development

Specialist capability

Technical outbound infrastructure in accounts you own.

Sending infrastructure, verified data pipelines, sequences, reply routing and CRM reporting. This is available when it supports a wider technical or go-to-market need; it is not an agency retainer disguised as software.

The deliverable

What you get.

  • Two or three dedicated sending domains, configured and authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Your main domain never touches cold email.
  • A set of mailboxes, warmed up and capped at safe volumes - typically a few hundred sends per week to start, scaling as reputation builds.
  • A lead list that actually matches who you sell to: sourced from directories, registries, job boards, or Apollo - enriched, deduplicated, and every single address verified before anything is sent.
  • Sequences live in the sending tool, AI-assisted where it helps, with your sign-off on every template before it goes out.
  • Replies landing in one inbox or your CRM, bounces handled automatically, and reporting that shows which segment and which message produce conversations.
  • Documentation and handover. Everything runs in your accounts - you own the domains, the data, the tooling. Nothing depends on me to keep existing.

Who does what

My role - and yours.

  • I build: domains, mailboxes, warmup, the list-sourcing pipeline, verification, sequences, reply routing, reporting. Working, tested, documented - typically live within 2–3 weeks (mailbox warmup runs in parallel, not on top).
  • You bring: your business. Who you sell to, what a good client looks like, what tone you want to sound like. We sharpen that together in the intake - no outbound experience needed on your side.
  • Third-party tools - a data source like Apollo, a verifier like MillionVerifier, the mailboxes themselves - run in your accounts, on your cards. I pick them, set them up, and you keep them if we ever part ways.
  • After handover you can run it yourself: the documentation is written for a non-technical owner, and the weekly routine takes an hour or two.
  • Or I operate it: follow-ups handled, sequences and AI-assisted replies tuned, copy iterated on what actually gets replies, bounces and list quality watched, the CRM sync monitored - and fresh leads sourced and verified from the sources we built, at your plan's volume.
  • Either way, you own the machine. Stopping the monthly side never switches the system off.

How it works

Inputs · Process · Outputs.

Inputs

Who you sell to and what a good client looks like (we sharpen this in the intake), a few examples of deals you won and why, the tone you want, and access to your CRM if you have one.

Process

Weeks 1–2: sending domains and mailboxes go up first, because warmup takes about two weeks - it runs while everything else is built. In parallel: ICP sharpened, list sourced, enriched and verified, sequences drafted for your sign-off. Week 3: first controlled sends at low volume, watching deliverability. Then scale to a steady weekly rhythm.

Outputs

A live cold-email system in your own accounts, sending at safe volumes with verified data and your voice - plus the documentation to run it. If I operate it: a monthly rhythm of fresh verified leads and iterated sequences, with every reply routed to you.

Beyond cold email

The rest of the GTM stack.

  • Lead lists as a deliverable: a verified, enriched prospect database for your market - from registries, directories, job boards, or Apollo - delivered once, or refreshed on a schedule.
  • Buying-signal monitors: automated watchers on job postings, funding news, and tech changes that tell you which companies to talk to this week - before they start comparing vendors.
  • Deliverability rescue: when your email lands in spam - cold outreach or even quotes and invoices. Authentication fixed, reputation rebuilt, monitoring in place so it stays fixed.
  • GTM reporting: one dashboard showing which channel, segment, and message actually produce deals - pulled live from your CRM and tools, not assembled by hand every Friday.

Stack

What we'd actually use.

  • Google Workspace mailboxes
  • Apollo / registry data / custom scrapers
  • MillionVerifier (email verification)
  • Smartlead or my own sending platform
  • Laravel pipelines for sourcing + enrichment
  • HubSpot / Pipedrive API
  • Targeted LLM calls for research and personalisation

Why clients hire me

Senior development with an operator’s sense of consequence.

This is the exact system I run for my own products every day - warmed mailboxes, sourcing pipelines, verification, sequencing. I'm not reselling a course or a tool: I build for you what I already operate for myself.
